This church is situated in Aratupuzha in Alappuzha Dist. The present beautiful Church was blessed on 19 th May 1935. It was constructed under the leadership of Fr. Pious OCD. There was a vibrant Christian community here. Now there are only four Catholic families here. Most of the Catholic families have migrated to other places and thus this Church has been deserted. However the Hindus of the area celebrate the feast of St. Sebastian with great pomp and gaiety.
